These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pk0k and all services offered on this platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction
Welcome to pk0k, an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and pk0k ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through pk0k.lat and any associated mobile interfaces.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. pk0k reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pk0k will never ask for your password. You must notify pk0k immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pk0k accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
Any disputes relating to your use of pk0k must be submitted to our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. pk0k will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pk0k is licensed to operate.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Use of pk0k is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or above. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years of age. pk0k conducts age verification checks as part of its KYC process. Any account found to be registered by a person under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with pk0k's fraud prevention procedures.
You represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located when you access pk0k. It is your responsibility to make this determination prior to registration. pk0k does not provide legal advice and makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Players located in prohibited jurisdictions who circumvent geographic restrictions do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
Each player may hold only one registered account on pk0k. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk0k reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
3. Account Registration and Verification
To register an account on pk0k, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. pk0k is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
pk0k is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months); and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pk0k are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pk0k supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit across all methods is ৳500. pk0k does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile wallet methods.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your pk0k account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet application. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 1 business day to appear in your account. pk0k is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. To initiate a withdrawal, navigate to the withdrawal section of your account, select your preferred Bangladesh payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawal requests are processed by pk0k within 5-15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. pk0k reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request if deemed necessary for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). pk0k does not perform currency conversion. International card deposits may be subject to foreign exchange fees charged by your card issuer; pk0k does not control or reimburse such fees.
5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
pk0k may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry timeframes. The specific terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement at pk0k is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering on games with an RTP above 96% or on live sports events may be restricted or may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. pk0k reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and associated winnings in cases where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting wagering requirement loopholes through low-risk staking patterns designed to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine gaming; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. pk0k's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
6. Responsible Gaming
pk0k is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. Players may request self-exclusion from pk0k at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed, you will not receive any promotional communications, and you will not be permitted to open a new account. Deposit limits and session time limits may also be set from within your account settings without contacting support.
pk0k strictly prohibits the use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted at the KYC stage and may also be triggered by unusual account activity. If you are aware of or suspect that a minor is accessing pk0k using your account or any other account, you must notify pk0k immediately. pk0k uses commercially reasonable measures to prevent underage access and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in any investigation.
